So you want an at-home facial, but can’t bring yourself to spend the extra money on that expensive face mask? Well here’s a thrifty tip: go to the medicine cabinet and grab a bottle of Pepto Bismol! Apply the chalky pink substance to your face and let its salicylic acid, a great facial peel, do its duty. Some believe that Pepto may be even milder and gentler than most commercial salicylic products because the same ingredients that coats your tummy also coats the face. Neat trick, huh?
