Sleep Your Way to Healthy Skin!

I read somewhere that if you cheat your sleep time you could actually be cheating your life time!! Yeah, I know! It’s crazy. But it’s the truth! By losing large amounts of sleep you can actually weaken your immune system and gain weight! Both of these things can be life threatening over time. I also read that the best way to have flawless, radiant-looking skin is to sleep! I know it sounds dumb, but I’ve tested it. The more you sleep the better you look. It’s scientifically proven, but if you don’t believe me about any of this, read about it. We just happen to have an article about the severe importance of adequate sleep right here on lyb.com! Aren’t we cool? *wink wink* lol, but seriously, if you want to look great and feel good about yourself, you have to sleep great and take care of yourself. Don’t just pile on the makeup and hairspray. Take a jog 3 times a week and eat some salad instead of that McDonalds. It’ll pay off and you’ll all look AWESOME! Like the chick on the homepage…haha.
